Beanbag Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates beanbagsolutions.com. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit.

The short version

This site doesn't use cookies, doesn't run analytics or tracking scripts, and doesn't have a contact form that stores anything. The only way to reach us is by email, and we only hold what you choose to send us.

What we collect

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure (Railway) and content delivery network (Cloudflare) automatically log standard technical data for every visitor — IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This is used only for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site running, and is retained only as long as our hosting providers' standard log retention periods require. We do not access, analyse, or use these logs for marketing or tracking purposes.

Email. If you email [email protected], we hold your email address and whatever you send us for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record — typically no longer than is necessary for that purpose.

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on this site.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't build advertising profiles. We don't use any data collected here to target you elsewhere.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
